Our latest GCLSE CHAMPIONS program is the result of years’ worth of research inside of our firm working to understand how participants could better utilize the SEFSAM material and bring it to their people. Champions is your people bringing our SEFSAM Core Concepts to their people ultimately fast-tracking behavioral change which translates into improved overall safety and business culture.

As a business it is cost prohibitive and complicated logistically to try and penetrate multiple layers of an organization by putting every leader through our SEFSAM program, it’s just not realistic. CHAMPIONS is the solution to ensure application and sustainment.

We’ve created a classroom experience with follow up materials which allow participants a much greater ability to ensure SEFSAM adoption.

By attending an Application and Sustainment session with GCLSE and receiving a series of custom slide decks, exercises and facilitation notes participants can take the learnings from our SEFSAM program and ensure rich adoption of behaviors to those they influence and work with internally.

We have learned over three decades that organizations do not always want external resources coaching internally on long term, financially prohibitive initiatives. With CHAMPIONS we provide the following to those identified as key personnel for internally driven coaching and sustainment of SEFSAM.

• Three day classroom follow-up post SEFSAM program attendance
• All enrollees attend the sessions to learn the exact same CORE CONCEPT materials GCLSE develops its team with
• The 6 CORE CONCEPTS are learned at a much deeper level than the SEFSAM program and we allow all participants access to:
• Our development and coaching tools
• Specially designed slide decks for use internally with CORE CONCEPT information
• Exercise breakdowns for internal discussions and gamification with team players
• Video tutorials on how to coach with SEFSAM and the Core Concept Cards
• Ongoing hourly assistance by a GCLSE developer if needed

CHAMPIONS is not SEFSAM, but It is SEFSAM’s key fundamentals and reinforcement of our GCLSE CORE CONCEPTS.
