Dwayne Rae

18 years within the Global Group of companies and GCLSE: Global Centre for Leadership & Safety Excellence.

Dwayne has travelled the globe developing leaders from the boardroom to the frontline for many of the largest energy, manufacturing, and port operations clients.

His passion for eliminating “Tolerated Non-Performances” from workforces and creating “DISCIPLINED, not disciplinary cultures” has been key to Dwayne being sought out by so many large organizations.

As co-designer of SEFSAM, Core Concepts, and Champions programs Dwayne continues collaborating at multiple operations to ensure a balance of health, safety and environmental excellence is demonstrated by all leaders.

Glenn Morasch
President Emeritus, Co-Founder & Director SEFSAM Delivery Services

22 years within the Global Group of companies and GCLSE: Global Centre for Leadership & Safety Excellence.

Glenn’s journey with Global started as a client, he then joined the organization as a SEFSAM facilitator. That evolved to a co-owner and co-developer of the SEFSAM suite of leadership products.

His passion for developing culture has always and continues to drive his focus to refine SEFSAM program core concepts and work with industry leaders to apply them.

Whether it be in SEFSAM workshops, GCLSE aftercare programs working directly with leaders to adopt critical SEFSAM tool usage behaviors, or delivering worker programs to ensure alignment and common language across client organizations, it is all about shaping the right behaviors that result in an involved culture.

Bruce Tarbet
Business Development Lead & Facilitator

17 years within the Global Group of companies and GCLSE: Global Centre for Leadership & Safety Excellence.

Bruce has facilitated safety leadership programs in the classroom and the field, as well as delivering the practical usage of those learnings in the field with operational leaders in North America, South East Asia, and Africa.  

While all the Core Concepts overlap with each other, it is #2 CEFA: Clear Expectations, Feedback and Accountability© and the use of feedback that drives his enthusiasm for providing leaders with a communication tool that creates accountability and clarifies just how clear the direction given was for the task.

Having just returned from a 2-year leadership coaching program in Africa, Bruce has moved into a new role of business development, while still facilitating to clients’ leadership needs and guiding several GCLSE leadership programs that are underway at present.

Most of GCLSE’s team has been with us for decades.

Brandy is the person who keeps the financial GCLSE house in order.

She has years ensuring smooth financial relationships exist between GCLSE and our valued clients.
