The Global Centre for Leadership and Safety Excellence (GCLSE) platform takes what was once a stand-alone product and expands it into a diverse leadership and safety excellence product line that will give you the specific training of your choice!


 Safety Excellence for Supervisors and Managers (SEFSAM)

Supervisors and Managers explore the SEF CORE modules and participation ensures corporate alignment and a shared vision strategy. No organization is ever successful just training people. Success is achieved through shared responsibility and safety leadership commitment.
SEFSAM ensures that supervisors and managers can effectively inspire change from front line leader and workers.

Our inspirational facilitators will teach your supervisors and managers how to motivate their workforce to obtain the vision of zero incidents.

SEFSAM has received rave reviews, overwhelming positive accolades and more importantly we make a measurable difference in the company’s we touch.

This motivating three day (24 hour), 18 module program helps tie together the necessary components of safety into the management scope, and assists the supervisor/manager in facilitating this interaction into their operations. Everything from the basic fundamentals of safety to advanced human factors awareness is covered. Special emphasis is placed on how to create the desire for these changes in the workplace.


The SEFSAM Program offers TWO levels of customizing to meet your needs:

Customization Level One:

Utilize Global’s Core SEFSAM (without editing). 3 Days In-Classroom or 5 Days Virtually:

  • 18 Core Modules
  • Up to 5 Non-Core Modules may be added as an additional half or full day.

Customization Level Two:

Work with our team to transform our material into branded SEFSAM.

  • Brand with your company colours, logo, pictures, forms and documentation.
  • Our editing team can utilize a client’s corporate PowerPoint package to ensure SEFSAM looks like an internally owned product.
  • All required company specific models, mission statements and statistics are developed into SEFSAM to provide the user the belief they are viewing an internally designed program.

Safety Excellence for Executives (SEF-E)

2-3 Hours, in person

All SEFSAM modules in a condensed format of critical module fundamentals are provided to ensure a high-level understanding of the overall and individual module objectives of our Safety Excellence programming.

 


Safety Excellence for Workers (SEF-W)

External Delivery GCLSE facilitator: 2.5hr sessions of 25 participants (2X sessions/day)

Internal Delivery GCLSE trains your leaders to deliver program materials to your team

Workers are the foundational layer of every organization, workforce performance most impacts safety results and culture. SEF-W aligns the workforce to the goals of the Supervisors, Mangers and Leaders through Safety Excellence knowledge and application. The SEF-W program provides the 6 CORE and SUPPORTIVE concepts of the Safety Excellence program.
