This motivating three day (23 hour), 18 module program helps tie together the necessary components of
safety into the management scope, and assists the supervisor/manager in facilitating this interaction into
their operations. Everything from the basic fundamentals of safety to advanced human factors awareness
is covered. Special emphasis is placed on how to create the desire for these changes in the workplace.

Utilize Global’s Core “Plug and Play” SEFSAM (without editing).

3 Days In-Classroom or 5 Days Virtually.

• 18 Core Modules (3 Days In-Classroom or 5 Days Virtually).
• Up to 5 Non-Core Modules may be added as an additional half or full day.

Customization Level Two:

Work with our team to transform our material into branded SEFSAM.

• Brand with your company colours, logo, pictures, forms and documentation.
• Our editing team can utilize a client’s corporate PowerPoint package to ensure SEFSAM looks like an internally owned product.
• All required company specific models, mission statements and statistics are developed into SEFSAM to provide the user the belief they are viewing an internally designed program.
